But I believe that the most boring sport to watch is golf because the players don’t work with the crowds very well and there is not much excitement.
I believe that soccer can be the most interesting because it is so tense and the crowds are always having a good time cheering, etc.

I haven't seen the film, so can't answer for that particular context. To me: 'She's a sport' would mean that she is a fun sort of person, one who would take part in whatever is going on; a rather dated expression for me, certainly current in the 1930s and 1950s in Britain. Other answers indicate that in some parts of the world it is a current expression with a variety of meanings, some slightly sinister, so you need to think of its 1930s meaning.

Yes i admit paintball is more of a sport than airsoft, but airsoft is still a sport. Half of the community does the things that we do at paintballer's, the other half are the kids running around…xD.
