I love floats. traditional root beer and vanilla are great. I saw this new pineapple soda and I would try that with vanilla or pistachio ice cream. I love trying new things:) Great question!

My GOSH you are amazing. Your form is excellent. I notice in your videos you always keep going and don't weaken the exercise when it gets hard. Amazing discipline. I guess I wish you'd talk about that a bit more in your blog—like how does a person come to the point they want to be this in shape? How does someone start to love exercise when they hate it right now? The psychology is the hardest part for many of us. Thank you!

Im pretty sure that the camera has an unusual fish lens – thats why the court looks really narrow and the ball appears to be moving faster as its coming towards the camera. You don’t get top squash players using anything but a double yellow.

Play can also be healing. It is a way to nurture our spirits. It would be interesting to think about playful play and competitive play — the video you show depicts a baby laughing as an off camera adult makes funny noises. Who is playing in this video? Is it the adult or the baby or both? What role does laughing play in play? Competitive play is generally more serious and that brings me to another question. What is the difference between play and work? If someone enjoys their work, is it play? Is work alienated play?

soft bristles feel more like 'hair', while hard bristles are plastic and sometimes are more widely separated.
SIMPLE TEST: Run your hand over your brush. if the bristles bend pretty easily, it's soft. it it takes a bit more effort, they're hard.
