Aside from the obvious idea of practicing you should always make sure you get plenty of rest before competitions. While you be nervous, excited and probably have trouble sleeping it is important that you take the time you need to rest. Get at least a minimum of eight hours of sleep before a competition to ensure that rested. Slacking on sleep means you will not have as much energy to devote to your routine quite run down. Impression is everything and you want to portray simple tasks such as walking. So stand up straight and lift that chin. Never show that you are scared or afraid, try to keep your emotions bottled up, which will help you appear much calmer as
Look confident the entire time you are in front of the judges. This includes before and during your routine. You can look confident by always standing straight, keeping your legs straight, and keeping your chin up. Dropping your chin legs can make you look weak and unsure of yourself. You want to portray to the judges are the best they have ever seen. Keep your routine flowing and always recover quickly if you make a mistake. Make sure your movements are sharp and crisp and avoid slow and sloppy movements.
Make sure you stretch your routing in front of the judges. Never wait until the last moment to warm up either, warming up a minimum of 30 minutes before your turn in front of the judges. This will

Hannity looking down while he is talking is like someone looking at a “case file” during interrogation, or a doctor hurriedly looking at a patient's chart. It looks like he is learning about the guest on the spot.
I don't think Colmes waving his arms to the left means anything about “left” ideas. To me it seems simply an attempt to marginalize his guest's position by waving it aside.
If you want to get technical, on their MySpace before it was deleted, it said either Isamu OR Yuuki for his name. It was also spelled Yuki, not Yuuki, but I don't see anyone complaining. It shouldn't matter if it's spelled Sho or Shou. It means the same damn thing. If you want to get technical, it SHOULD be spelled Shou.
On a side note, this band is absolutely amazing. ^0^

Affiliated competition is controlled by the USEF (either through breed associations or other discipline associations) and governed by that rulebook. Shows can be open to all, but nonmembers and horses unregistered with the governing associations tend to have to pay fees. Unaffiliated competition (schooling shows, and shows typically at the D,C, and sometimes B levels) aren't governed by a parent organization, and as such, aren't necessarily governed by the same rulebooks.
