We enjoy hearing how you are doing – so we'll definitely be reading your blog even if we don't always comment :-) For pinched nerves, heat can be a great help. Try another hot bath or heating pad off and on for maybe 20 minutes. If you can gently rub it – that may help too. Gentle gentle stretches can help too but don't do anything too vigorous – if it hurts stop immediately! Sometimes aspirin or ibuprofen can help take the edge off the pain too.

Both the book and the song discuss racism and civil rights. Also "walk a mile in my shoes" is quoted in both the song and the book.

All I could find was that PAVE was an air force program and it had early warning system, helicopters and other equipment attached to it. I couldn't locate as to what PAVE stood for.

    Hi
I know good and bad feedbacks from plantar fasciitis patients about these shoes but for sure you can try it. Here is a forum thread on the subject I think it fits wider feet more.
I have plantar fasciitis myself for a few months now. My podiatrist prescribed me with Custom made orthotics which did not work at all. I found very good shoe advice in this web site:

    Take care & Good luck

They said in it court, as did Martin's own barrister. The knife was an exhibit and shown to the jury. Self defence could have been rejected for several reasons. You clearly did not attend any of the court proceedings or follow the case, as all of your facts are wrong. Martins friend admitted they were armed, in court. I'm not going to go through the case or all of the evidence here. They may not be nice people but in this case they were innocent. The CCTV and the whole court saw that.

Sports Model isn't even a technical term, there's no such thing, there are fitness models and they generally have above average muscular bodies and do work with athletic and fitness brands, Think the people on the Boflex(sp?) commercials that would be a fitness model. extremely large muscles especially on women arnt always welcomed with open arms into any other type of modeling job. I.e. runway commercial catalog etc.

This is exactly how I run my skill challenges. I have been playing D&D Encounters and the DM (a WotC designer) has been running skill challenges RAW. It was just as awkward and stilted as all the times I tried to run skill challenges as written. I realized it's not me – its the mechanic. I think it was Jared Glenn on The Power Source podcast who called skill challenges training wheels for newbie DMs.

We finally decided on our Christmas menu. Today – Christmas Eve – we're having salmon with cava sauce (the recipe in comment 15) with asparagus and steamed potatoes. And for tomorrow we have a pork roast … though I'm not sure if we bought the right thing. :? Anyhow, we'll be having that with a medley of roasted veg and more cava.

    What is everyone else having?

As "Skum" showed, there are several possibilities:
Je suis nul (nulle if it's a woman) au tennis/je suis mauvais au tennis (it's a bit less colloquial than the first version, but perfectly fine), Je NE joue pas très bien au tennis or Je joue mal au tennis (you don't put the adverb at the end, that sounds a bit wierd).
