Next, you need to step back from yourself in your mind and visualize yourself doing the technique several times. This allows you to have a stadium seat in your head and really get a good view of your body. Watching the technique several times will allow you to quickly learn how your body should be placed and where you should be in relation to everyone around you and how your entire body should be in relation to other parts of your body.

Your next step will be to actually try the new technique. You should have visually run through the entire process several times in your head at this point and should be well versed in what you are doing. Without this knowledge and intimate idea about how your own body should react, you would be much further behind. However, using your own knowledge from your imagination as you performed the technique continuously will you to achieve the best result possible the first time.

While your initial physical attempt may not go as smoothly as you like, continuously practicing will allow you to discover the best results possible. In to truly achieve the success that you want, you can continue visualizing and repeating to actually try the technique until you get the result that you ultimately want for
