Women gymnasts are able to engage in rhythmic Gymnastics as an event in addition to the other events that are offered. With that is similar to a dancing routine, it also combines together aspects that are acrobatic with props as well. The types of props vary, but must be within certain guidelines in order to be used in a rhythmic routine.
The primary purpose of the rhythmic routine is to emphasize the athletes ability show power, strength, endurance, flexibility, agility while still controlling the prop and keeping up with the actual routine. This can sometimes be a concept for many gymnasts to grasp however; it is a very entertaining style that catches many people’s attention.

When using the hoop the gymnast can roll it, toss it into the air, spin the hoop around, move through the hoop, and even move around. In addition, many gymnasts enjoy spinning various body parts while performing other tricks to show off their overall abilities to the judges and advanced rhythmic gymnasts also combine high throws with various other acrobatic techniques to create a visually impressive routine.
Another piece of apparatus is the ball. This is used mostly for throws, catches, circles, and even a few waves. Most movements with the ball involve the use of the hands; however, skilled gymnasts may learn to control the ball using parts of their body to create stunningly impressive displays.

Some fears are optional. Some fears we choose to allow to control us.
This is a very important thing, because sometimes we allow our fears to control our acts, and emotions; not allowing us to think clearly. By allowing that to happen, the decisions we take aren't necesarily the correct ones, instead, they are the ones that affect us the least, in respect to our fear. If we aren't able to control our fears, they will control us, and if they control us we aren't going to be able to think clearly, making us take the wrong decisions.
What like you are the "best" singer or "best" boxer or "best" anything well no it is just people's opinions that you are the "best" at something to put another person above someone else based on their "achievements" in a specific field of something is wrong in every way.
Man made concepts are to much pressure to cope with and damaging to certain individuals.
It's an optical illusion that relies on the figure – ground relationship. Depending on what you initially perceive as the figure and what is the ground determines the direction of rotation. Believe it or not, it is possible to see the dancer as the ground the background as the figure. That is why looking at the bottom of the image allows the image to reverse. Ahh, finally a use for all those years studying Art History.
I was very new to juggling when i first saw this and was learning from the Brick Street Jugglers at Ohio University. They have some great jugglers, and between them and yourself in this video, I’ve been inspired to continue juggling and having fun after i had to move states away. This is one of my favorite videos and was bookmarked long before i realized that comments were possible.
Yeah, it would be more accurate to figure this number based upon total games played, but since it is done the same way for every team, it's just a bookkeeping method.
Another approach would be to call it "eight half-games" but that would just annoy people.
me and my brother used to throw our pop cans on the ground all the time to make a hole in it then we owuld drink from where the hole was. it was actually pretty fun
