Learning to Golf successfully is not something that you can really learn while a video game. This news is sometimes a crushing blow to those who have spent hours Nintendo’s Wii Sports but it is in fact the crushing reality. Learning how to play golf in real life is sometimes very complicated and will require that you pay close attention to the exact rules and form. While learning from a Golf instructor is a wise idea, there are a few mistakes that many beginners tend to make. Learning how to overcome these mistakes will greatly improve your chances of a good game of Golf and walking away from the green after a successful game.

One of the biggest problems that beginners have when learning golf is they tend to look up when they actually go to strike the ball. You're in luck, the good folks at the Board Game Geek have provided an English version of the rules, located here:

"Journey Through Europe" was the English name of the game, and the rules should match up with your copy of Europareise.

Ravensburger has also re-released the game as a no-dice version, which you might enjoy as well.

    Happy gaming!

  5. Finding new technologies and tools is fun, but not every tool is equally valuable to the learning process. I think it is valuable to gather and be aware of these technologies so that we have a toolbox to pull from for different type of learning and learners. The collection can become overwhelming if that is the focus. I think that the collaboration and work that you all did together is exactly what needs to happen when we look at how tools can be used for learning. Your pedagogy is sound and that makes the learning rich.
